CLA Board Meeting Postponed

The CLA Board Meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, 2025 has been postponed to Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Chester Township Hall.

Reasons for Postponement:

• The Circuit Court judge has not yet issued a decision in the case of Ottawa County vs. Chester Township regarding lake cleanup, so further discussion cannot take place at this time.

• Restorative Lake Sciences has completed all testing on the lake for this year, but the final report will not be ready until later this month. The board will review and discuss it at the October meeting.
