Invasive Weeds: Eurasian Milfoil and Coontail

We anticipate a weed treatment next week. The lake is having some very intense weed growth. Professional Lake Management identified Eurasion Water Milfoil and Coontail. They look very, very similar. Coontail is native, EWM is not. They both spread by fragments. So pulling them out can cause a bigger invasion. Every little piece that you do not get out of the water will become another plant. So please do not rake or pull these weeds

We would appreciate it if you would just let the weeds be treated correctly to get rid of them.
