Stay safe! Stay off the ice!

Even though it still looks like the ice is solid on our lake, it is not safe. There have been many warmer days that have weakened the integrity of the ice. Please don't try to walk on it, ice skate on it, or ride on it with anything including bikes and snow mobiles. The temperature of the water is still so cold that you could be seriously injured by hypothermia if you should be in the water for even a short period of time. So for your safety please stay off the ice!
